We review these programs with you at regular intervals and adapt or progress them to ensure that you are on the correct pathway to meeting your goals.
We are both avid runners and have the skills and knowledge to help you recover from injury, as well as advising you on training programs to help avoid injury and improve performance.
We will diagnosis and treat running related pain and injuries, as well as advising on best management of current injuries and further prevention of recurring injuries.
We use biomechanical assessment and gait analysis to assist us in improving and optimising your running technique.
We offer deep soft tissue massage sessions in conjunction with physiotherapy treatments or as a separate session. Massages can be booked as 30 or 60 minutes.
